ABOUT ME

Amy Roberts PGDE BSc (Hons). Ever since I can remember I have had a passion and an aptitude for Mathematics.

I attended the University of Liverpool where I gained a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Business Studies in 2017. Whilst training to be a Maths teacher, I was placed into two very different schools, the first being an all-girls former private school in an affluent area, the second being  a mixed comprehensive school in a more deprived area. During these two placements, as well as teaching to a full class, I also taught smaller groups of pupils who excelled in maths, where I could personalise the learning more to fit the needs of all pupils. I also participated in Year 11 intervention sessions to help them revise for their GCSEs.

£35 an hour for 2 pupils
